Submit A Script
If you wrote a play and you’re dying to have us read it, then you’re in luck. Our literary committee (a collection of robots fueled by new scripts) is eager to read over plays that have not yet had a professional production in NYC. We’ve gone paperless – it’s the 21st century, people – so please don’t send hard copies. Email a ten-page sample with cover letter to literary@playwrightsrealm.org.

Collaborate With Us
It takes a village to raise a playwright, so we look for collaborators who are excited about participating in the journey of bringing a new work to the stage.
Directors: Invite us to your next reading or production – even if we can’t make it, an invitation is a great way to keep us in the loop. No need to submit a resume. Email the invite to directors@playwrightsrealm.org.
Designers: Please send a link to your portfolio to designers@playwrightsrealm.org
Actors: We work with a casting director to find actors for our annual Off-Broadway productions. However, if you would like to be considered for a staged reading, please email your headshot and resume to casting@playwrightsrealm.org.
Intern With Us
Some of our best artistic debates happen around the coffee pot as we’re working on the nuts and bolts of running an Off-Broadway theater company.
